*Description*
We are looking for a reliable, cheery person to help us welcome new and returning guests to our store! You will be responsible for greeting guests and answering their questions during check in, making and maintaining patient profiles, answering phone calls, and monitoring reviews.

*Basic Duties*
* Answer questions about basic store policies, pricing, and general information about the store.
* Answer phone calls quickly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
* Be able to maintain several phone lines.
* Monitor flow of people coming into store, and keeping track of who is waiting to check in vs other guests.
* Greet and check in all guests.
* Create and maintain/update guest profiles efficiently and accurately.
* Monitor and reply to reviews, under the direction of the supervisor.
* Help with basic cleaning and sanitation tasks.
* Be able to multitask efficiently with answering phone calls, checking in customers quickly and accurately, and maintain pleasant attitude for all interactions.
*Experience & Qualifications*
* Over 21 years old & authorized to work in the U.
S.
* Customer Service experience required
* Multi-line phone handling experience preferred
* Cannabis POS system experience is a plus
* Basic computer knowledge/experience is a plus
* Reliable transportation to and from work.
* Be able to sit/stand for long periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.
00 per hour
