We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.
This includes answering inbound calls, setting appointments, and making outbound calls to all incoming leads, both new and old.
This position is tasked with setting quality appointments for our roofing specialists through phone calls, texting, emails, vetting, qualifying and ordering EagleViews.
This position is expected to make a minimum of 10-15 calls an hour and requires a well-spoken individual who works great with others and is driven by customer interaction.
Salary: $20.

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our roofing services.
Problem Resolution: Effectively handle customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate customer service efforts and deliver exceptional service.
