*Customer Service Representative Job Description*
Reports to: Customer Service Representative Manager
Hours: Full Time/Part Time
*Position Summary:*
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
* We are open to Full Time (30 hours) or Part time (29 hours & under) for this position.
* This position is for 2pm-10pm.
Must be able to work a minimum of one weekend shift per week (Saturday/Sunday).
* 8 hour shifts.
*Essential Functions:* * Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
* Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
* Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
* Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
* Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

* Experience: Customer Service or equivalent experience required.
* Computer Skills: Impromed, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook.
* Ability to perform light lifting (up to 50 pounds) and repetitious physical activity.
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
