*Pay is dependent upon qualifications* Conveyor Components Company currently has an opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Michigan Office.
This position is responsible for interacting with customers on behalf of the organization and will provide information about products, provide quotations, take orders, track orders, and follow up.
*Basic functions, essential functions, and specific duties: * * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers' accounts through open interactive communication.
* Manage incoming sales requests to provide pricing, lead times, delivery tracking, product information, company information, placing orders, change orders, RGA's, credits, etc.
* Process and maintain various paperwork such as Pro-Forma Invoices, product tag data for customer projects, sales stock adjustments and coordinate department sales order at the end of the day.
* Following up with customers to check that they are satisfied with their purchasing experience.
* Determining the quickest most effective ways to answer a client or customer's questions.
* Meet personal and Sales Team targets and call handling quotas.
*Education and other Qualifications: * * High School Diploma required.
* 2-year college degree or equivalent experience desired.
* Mechanical aptitude.
* Basic understanding of product.
* Computer skills.
* Basic math skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable with excellent attendance.
* Sales skills.
* Ability to multitask.
* Work safely with ability to sit at static work location for extended periods.
