Customer Service Intake Specialist

Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Requirements: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Fluent in English and Spanish (multilingual candidates preferred) - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications We offer competitive compensation, including hourly pay and opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
