Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction - Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Conduct outbound calls to make appointments for mobile service and pick-up and delivery.
- Drive to customers home or place of business to pick-up or deliver car.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.
- Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Proficient in the use of your smart phone.
