Customer Experienced server

Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Upsell additional products or specials to increase sales - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns or issues - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Clean and reset tables for the next guests Experience: - Previous experience as a server or in the food industry is preferred - Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong customer service and guest relations skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service As a server, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while working in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
