The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent
customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Able to resolve customer's
questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
Completes related records, reports, and
documentation.
Performs miscellaneous clerical duties as required.
POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Provide service to existing clients related to updating policies, providing quotes, taking
payments, answering questions, and providing documentation.
Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance
policies.
Work with new clients or support other producers in an effort to understand their
needs, gather necessary data, research and present policy options, finalize and bind
new coverage, cancel old policies, and work with other carriers when necessary.
Review existing policies and renewals, review liability limits, exposures, explore other
coverage needs and evaluate replacement costs.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the
cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue,
expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of
inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system.
Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise and answer questions,
and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.

What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented with excellent time management and
communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate must be computer literate, and proficient in standard office suite programs.
High School Diploma.
1+ years of Customer Service experience is preferred but are willing to train the right
person.
