Customer Service Representative
Foster Blue Water Oil is looking for a focused, bright, and industrious Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
The position is optional for full-time at our Richmond Bulk Plant office.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Professionalism with handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
Assist customers at the counter.
Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled)
Processing customer orders.
Posting payments daily in the computer system.
Reconciling daily deposits.
Filing and scanning documents.
Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.

Position Qualifications:
Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.
