Dreammaker Odyssey Hot Tub Spa As-Is (Armada)

120 volt “plug and play” Dreammaker spa, 10-years old.
Seats 5 to 6 people, one side is a lounge.
It was about $4k new.
Model: Odyssey Rotomolded plastic with blown-in insulation.
Holds 200 gallons of water.
Dry weight (empty) is 300 to 400LBs.
This is free, however, you must move or arrange it to be moved from where it currently sits.
We need it gone ASAP.
Tub has two issues: 1) it will need a new pump (approx $500) and 2) it could really use a new cover (approx $250).
Cover is still sold by the manufacturer and can be purchased online.
Current cover is heavy due to water logging and age.
If you are crafty and/or want to save cash, you could cut pieces of foam insulation and replace the water logged pieces in the cover.
Pump is working now but will need to be replaced.
A bearing is going out which occasionally creates a noise.
We have no idea how long until the pump goes out.
Tub is currently up and running.
It can be emptied in about 30 minutes.
It’s been a greater starter tub.
It was filled and used at most 5 months each year and winterized the other months.
