Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and lead a team of 3-5 Parts Specialists to meet ongoing workload and business needs.
Train and develop parts department staff.
Collaborate with service department to ensure timely look up and delivery of parts.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase parts department revenue.
Work closely with accounting to do timely and accurate reporting as required.
Establish and assign goals and objectives to the department and strive to meet them.
Ensure all parts are properly labeled, stored, and inventory levels are maintained based on business needs.
Oversee shipping/receiving and annual parts returns.
Perform regular inventory audits.
Research, recommend, and implement an efficient Inventory Control System for all parts.
Oversee cycle counts.
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a parts or sales management role
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Experience using Lightspeed or CDK software is preferred.
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, Monday through Saturday, covering business operations.
The work week will vary between 45 - 55 hours.
This position is salaried.
Pay Range: $52K - 58K yearly.
