Sales Associate

* *MUST BE 21+* *We are looking to hire a P/T, roughly 10-15 hours a week, retail sales associate.
Will have the option to pick up additional hours and earn additional incentives.
Ideal candidate will have prior smoke/vape shop or retail sales, or other sales experience.
Looking for hard working, people-oriented individuals that have or are willing to obtain the product knowledge needed to enhance customer experience.
* Job Summary: Retail sales associate will be responsible for customer service, sales, inventory management, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities: * None.
Duties/Responsibilities: * Greet and interact with customers * Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend products * Have product knowledge to answer customer questions and cross-sell products * Inventory cycle counts * Processes returns and exchanges.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities: * Excellent verbal communication skills * Excellent active listening skills * Excellent sales and customer service skills * Anticipate customers needs and make recommendations, as needed * Point of sale system experience, preferably Clover Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous retail experience preferred * Smoke Shop experience preferred * On-the-job training provided Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
