Job Summary: The ideal candidate for this role will be knowledgeable in Cannabis education, possesses strong communication skills and can effectively provide outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, approachable, and skilled at time management in a fast-paced environment.
In leu of extensive knowledge, the willingness, desire and ability to learn quickly is a HUGE advantage.
This is a full-time position based in Lenox, MI.
Responsibilities & Duties: *Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
*Keeping abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends through trade shows and research.
*Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.
* Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
*Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required.
* Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.
*Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and highly organized sales floor and back office * Proactively informing Store Managers on business needs, team performance and potential issues *Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service and assists customers whenever necessary * Completing tasks assigned by store managers accurately and efficiently *Developing good customer relationships and address customer service needs * Protecting store assets and maintaining inventory accuracy Qualifications & Skills *MUST be at least 21 years of age * MUST have open availability and be able to work up to 40 hours a week *Be a compassionate team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal savvy * Have a track record of problem solving and flexibility in a fast-paced environment *Have ability to maintain composure, apply policy objectively, and work independently * Be detail oriented with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills *Maintain a desire to learn as well as a general knowledge of Cannabis (i.

, strains, types, etc.
