Must be able to pass a background check and verify employment.

The room is furnished, with a brand new bedroom set and mattress.

You will be responsible for furnishing your bedding and pillows.
Private bath included and towels if you prefer to use mine, which are new.
I have a huge garage that you can use for storing things.
I also have a room with a bunk bed if you have visiting children that you could use (my grandchildren do use it periodically).
Large kitchen, great for cooking, extra laundry room, etc.
Professional house cleaning fee with be shared.
I provide Wifi, Amazon Prime and water.
Gas and electric are negotiable.
My community offers a gym, basketball court and swimming pool.
